1. Rental Model – Terms & Conditions
1.1 Rental Payments

The first monthly rental fee must be paid in advance on the date of invoice.

Subsequent monthly payments shall be made via auto-debit facility using the payment link provided by InfoLED Networks LLP.
-
Payments will be debited on the same calendar date as the invoice date every month.
-
The rental agreement is valid for a minimum period of 12 months.
1.2 Security Deposit
-
A refundable security deposit is payable at the time of installation.
-
The deposit will be refunded once the lessee terminates the subscription and hands over the LED scrolling display board to InfoLED Networks LLP in proper working and physical condition, subject to inspection.
1.3 Ownership
-
All rented LED display boards remain the property of InfoLED Networks LLP throughout the rental period.
1.4 Loss, Theft, or Damage
-
The lessee is fully responsible for any loss, theft, physical damage, or misuse of the rented equipment during the rental period.

In case of loss or irreparable damage, the lessee shall pay a replacement cost of INR 1,500 per running foot plus applicable GST to InfoLED Networks LLP.
1.5 Permissions & Compliance
-
Any government permissions, municipal approvals, society permissions, or licenses (if required) are the sole responsibility of the lessee/shop owner.

InfoLED Networks LLP will not be liable for penalties arising from non-compliance.
1.6 Maintenance & Support
-
Routine maintenance and technical support for the rented LED display board will be provided by InfoLED Networks LLP during the rental period.

Damage caused due to negligence, tampering, power fluctuations, or external factors may be chargeable.
1.7 Termination
-
Early termination before completion of the rental tenure may attract termination charges, as communicated at the time of agreement.

Equipment must be returned in working condition upon termination.
2. Outright Purchase – Terms & Conditions
2.1 Pricing & Payment
-
Prices quoted are exclusive of GST, installation charges, and accessories, unless stated otherwise.
-
Full payment must be cleared before dispatch or installation of the LED display.
2.2 Ownership
-
Ownership of the LED display transfers to the buyer only after full payment is received.
2.3 Warranty
-
Warranty terms (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned in the invoice or quotation.
-
Warranty does not cover physical damage, water ingress, voltage fluctuations, tampering, or improper usage.
2.4 Installation & Site Readiness
-
The buyer must ensure proper power supply, mounting structure, and site readiness before installation.
-
Any additional work required due to site conditions may be chargeable.
2.5 Maintenance
-
Post-warranty maintenance and servicing are available under paid AMC or service charges, unless otherwise agreed.
3. General Terms (Applicable to All Models)
3.1 Usage
-
The LED display must be used only for lawful, non-offensive, and permitted content.
-
InfoLED Networks LLP shall not be responsible for content displayed by the client.
3.2 Delays & Force Majeure
-
InfoLED Networks LLP shall not be liable for delays caused by natural calamities, power issues, government restrictions, strikes, or events beyond reasonable control.
3.3 Limitation of Liability
-
Our liability shall not exceed the value of the product or service provided.
-
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
3.4 Governing Law
-
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
-
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra.
